ASM Acu Day On the Hill is almost here!
Your energy and presence at this event moves our lobbying efforts forward!  

Please join us at the State House and advocate for your profession! We will educate legislators and their staff and celebrate our medicine.This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the legislative process and educate our elected officials about the impact of acupuncture and access to it within MA.

MA lic ac can receive 1 CEU for joining us!

Here is what will be happening – join us for as much or as little as you like! 

–speakers including Representative Smitty Pignatelli, acupuncture champion of H1120 and ASM Legislative Co-Chairs Naomi Alson and Amy Mager (also Dry Needling Co-Chair).

–Licensed acupuncturists demonstrating NADA & BFA acupuncture on any interested legislators and staff.

–Plus meet other colleagues, enjoy a healthy snack, and talk to legislators and their staff and ask them to report our Acupuncture bills out of committee favorably.

Want to meet your legislator? You’ll want to set this up ahead of time – please contact our lobbyist Dan Delaney at 

Would you like to volunteer?  We need help with:

  • Providing ear needling demonstrations using NADA and BFA protocols, we need 6-8 lic. ac. (11-2:30pm)
  • Unloading supplies from car (9:30am)
  • Setting up (10-11:30am)
  • Clean up and car loading (2-2:45pm)
