2. Please include your license # and related data on the form (when applicable)
3. Check the small box to allow your data to be collected
4. IF YOUR TICKET HAS A FEE – please follow the above and click “submit registration”, ignore the PayPal window message and we’ll contact you regarding payment (our event payment system is experiencing technical issues)
5. All tickets will be pending until fully paid (when applicable) and/or approved.
6. An email confirmation, with the Zoom link, will be sent to you upon approval.
