  • You’ll learn what information to capture in the first appointment and how to code for that Initial Evaluation and Management.
  • Establishing the patient’s condition as a baseline allows you to create a treatment plan and goals for treatment. You’ll learn how to record range of motion, document specific activities of daily living as well as choose appropriate outcome assessment tests based on the patient’s presenting condition.
  • You’ll understand what is needed in a re-evaluation and the positive outcomes to look for, measure and document. When documented properly, these results are proof your treatment is working and as such is medically necessary.
